We’re all here to make new connections and get results.
Here’s the best way for each of us to get there:
#1 Be responsive. (This really is #1)
When community members reach out to connect, responding in a timely and thoughtful manner shows that you value our members and are committed to fostering engagement within the community.
#2 Be active.
Active participation allows you to connect with other members and build relationships. This can lead to new friendships, professional connections, and opportunities for collaboration.
#3 Give more than you take.
It’s simple math. If everyone insists on receiving without giving, then who would each person receive from? But if everyone chooses to give to each other, then everybody receives. It’s a win-win situation.
#4 Share generously.
Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another member needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.
#5 Be curious.
Get to know each member. We’re here to push each other forward and lift each other up. Find ways to help each other think bigger, and reframe challenges.
#6 Be kind.Membership Purge Policy
As a community, we strive to create a welcoming and engaging environment for all members. However, in order to maintain an active and thriving community, we periodically conduct purges to remove members who have been inactive for a certain period of time. This is not a decision we make lightly, but rather one that we believe is necessary to ensure the community remains vibrant and supportive. We understand that life can get busy, and there may be periods when it's difficult to participate in the community. However, we encourage all members to actively engage with the community to get the most out of their membership. We appreciate and value the contributions of all members, and hope that those who have been removed will understand our reasoning and consider rejoining when they are able to participate more actively.
*Please note that if you have been purged and you were originally a free member, you will need to pay a membership fee to rejoin the community.
